Isaac Alderson
Isaac Alderson is a New York-based multi-instrumentalist specializing in Irish traditional music on the uilleann pipes, Irish flute, and tin whistle. He is best known as a member of Irish-American instrumental group, The Yanks, and as the 2002 All-Ireland senior champion on all three of his main instruments. He has performed extensively across the United States, Canada, Ireland, Europe, South America, and China, with other groups such as Comas, Ensemble Galilei, The Bronx Boys, Celtic Crossroads, Eileen Ivers and Immigrant Soul, Riverdance, and most recently with the Broadway and touring companies of the hit musical, Come From Away. He has also been known to sing and trot out a tune on the tenor saxophone, when the mood is right.
